Mokulua Analytics is a fractional analytics consultancy based on the Windward side of O'ahu. We work with Hawai'i businesses, regional banks, lending institutions, and growth-stage startups that need deep analytics expertise delivered on a focused, project-based basis — without the long-term overhead of a full-time hire or a national consulting firm.

That means we start every engagement by listening first. What does your team already have? Where's the real gap? What does "done" actually look like for you? And if the answer to any of those questions points somewhere we can't take you, we'll tell you that in the first call and help you find who can.
Our engagements are typically short- to mid-term — from a focused project delivered over a few weeks to a fractional leadership arrangement over several months. We don't push for scope you don't need, and we don't build in dependencies designed to extend the contract. When the work is done, it's done — and you own it entirely.

Founded by Peter Stansbery
Mokulua Analytics was founded by Peter Stansbery, an analytics leader with more than 15 years of experience building data functions, delivering technical solutions, and advising organizations at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution.
Peter has built analytics teams from zero, led enterprise-wide data initiatives, and delivered hands-on technical work across automation, machine learning, financial modeling, and business intelligence — across industries ranging from regional banking and financial services to healthcare, retail, and technology.
He has worked with organizations from growth-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies, and brings the same level of care and directness to a Hawai'i community bank as to a national FinTech platform.
Peter lives on the Windward side of O'ahu, and started Mokulua to serve the local business community and growth-stage organizations that deserve the same quality of analytics leadership that larger organizations take for granted — without the cost structure that typically comes with it.
